Prof. Dr. Begüm Yurdakök Dikmen Has Been Elected as Chair of the Committee on Internal Quality Assurance (CIQA)!

Prof. Dr. Begüm Yurdakök Dikmen, a faculty member of Ankara University Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, has been elected as Chair of the Committee on Internal Quality Assurance (CIQA), which operates within the European Association of Establishments for Veterinary Education (EAEVE).

CIQA is responsible for supporting the continuous improvement and harmonisation of internal quality assurance processes within the European System of Evaluation of Veterinary Training (ESEVT). Through its activities, the committee contributes to the enhancement of educational quality, expert training, feedback evaluation processes, and the promotion of quality culture among veterinary education institutions across Europe.The appointment of Prof. Dr. Begüm Yurdakök Dikmen to this prestigious position is expected to further strengthen the international visibility of Ankara University and support its ongoing quality assurance and accreditation efforts. Her leadership within CIQA is anticipated to contribute to the advancement of best practices in veterinary education and to foster closer collaboration among European veterinary education institutions.
